Raphael is a Toronto-based partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group at Dentons Canada LLP. He is the Co-Leader of the Securities Litigation subgroup. Raphael has deep experience in investigations and capital markets regulatory proceedings, and acts as counsel in class actions and complex corporate/commercial matters, with a focus on securities, banking and shareholder disputes.
He has appeared before courts and tribunals across Canada, including all levels of court in Ontario, the British Columbia Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada.
